16–17 learners
Our services are for learners aged 16+ and adults. If the learner is 16–17, we may request parent/guardian contact details where appropriate. Parental contact is requested for safeguarding purposes only and does not imply delivery of compulsory education. We aim to minimise data collected and keep it proportionate.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and manage follow‑up, unless a longer period is required by law. Exact retention periods should be defined prior to production launch.
